If any of the non-input fields such as radio buttons not selected, this kind of error may occur.

šCase Background
We have filled up the FiLLiP form for filing incorporation of a Limited Liability Partnership Firm (āthe LLPā) in MCA V3 Portal. After successfully filling up the form, while clicking the final Proceed to Form 9 button we got the Technical Error pop-up message saying Technical Error Occurred. Please Contact Administrator which did not allow us to proceed further.
Upon enquiring with another Company Secretary we came to know that portal is showing this error if any of the field is left unfilled.
So we have glanced through the entire form and came across the un-selected field āResident of India? - āYes āNoā for one of the designated partners in serial no. 6 Particulars of individual designated partners having DIN/DPIN whose details are auto-populated upon entering his DIN/DPIN Number. However, we did not have editing access for the above field to select the option.
When verifying the Designated Partner details in his DIN/DPIN Database by Form DIR-3-KYC Web - āVerify Directors KYC Detailsā, we came to know that Nationality, Citizen of India and Resident of India were either left blank or not selected.
Therefore we have updated the above details of the Designated Partner by filing Form DIR-3 KYC in MCA Portal which got approved in less than 5 minutes.
Thereafter we have gone to our FiLLiP Form and noticed that now the auto-populated details are current and the form has been processed without any error.
